Ordinary Sri Lanka Friday 28 Aug after Esala leftover. card machine that pretends to exist. Dead maps. Not a cortege question. Desk, notes, damp cloth, a kettle. Locals can push back. Toddler will melt if we pretend this is still a night kerb.
