Still in Colombo this afternoon. If we leave now we will reach Kandy after the 6:53 PM start. Still go for a remaining stretch, or stay and keep tomorrow.

Go if you will accept a Gopallawa drop and a remaining stretch, not a temple-front seat. Staying is right if you need a calm first night.

We left after lunch last year and still caught a long pass. Hotel first, then walk. Hunting the start time from Colombo is the trap.

If the van already looks late, stay. Fourth Randoli is listed 6:44 PM tomorrow.
