Need to reach Nuwara Eliya tonight. Third Randoli is still 6:53 PM. Leave this afternoon via Gopallawa before the city occupies, or wait and risk a late hill road.

Leave this afternoon via Gopallawa and the old Peradeniya road; those stay two-way even later. Waiting past dusk is how you hit a late hill road in the damp.

We left mid-afternoon yesterday and the hill road was just wet, not closed. Start before you fade.
