Leaving Aluthgama with thin notes — one more machine or the guesthouse card — leaving for BIA, buffer before pride
Notes are thin. Bank-door machine at Aluthgama already has a line. Card still works at the guesthouse but we need cash for tuks and fruit. Not trying to invent a shutdown. Monday 31 Aug. Leaving for BIA, buffer before pride. Cannot tell if this is ordinary or a tired mistake. Locals, please contradict the group chat. Optional aside if the shop already stickered it: 450g loaf plus-ten from midnight is the association extra, not a new shelf number I will invent.

Walk to the next machine first. The bank-door one is inside a timetable. Aluthgama ATMs run out on a leftover-rain weekday when everyone thinks the same. If both fail, the town side, not a cousin with a POS. Screenshot a failed swipe. I will not invent a Aluthgama-wide cash shutdown. It is queues. We grabbed a 450g loaf for the van. Plus-ten is the shop loaf, not a guesthouse basket I will invent.
We sat the bakery chairs, walked the terrace after. Fine. One soda was enough.
