Leaving Bentota without data — one town desk stop, then the hop — leaving for BIA, buffer before pride

Data died inland. We are in Bentota. A lane stall offered a SIM. Passport is in the bag. Monday 31 Aug. I want a desk, not a remix. Ordinary bags. Leaving for BIA, buffer before pride. Cannot tell if this is ordinary or a tired mistake. Locals, please contradict the group chat.

Town desk, passport, queue. Bentota beach stalls remix packs. Kollupitiya or the town Dialog in the morning is the ordinary fork. Screenshot maps because inland data dies. I will not invent a tourist SIM tariff. Buy the thing that opens in a shop, not a smile.

We took the quieter fork at Bentota. Fine. No one clapped.

Elder vetoed standing. Seated later won.

If you sit a table, order. Occupying courtyard shade with a bottle you brought is the rude version.

Kids: sit. Pride hurries a sunrise photo and hops home on one foot.

Covered, went in twenty minutes, left. Street is mixed. Inside is not.
