Yes. CMB airport has left luggage in arrivals hall (near information counter) — rate approximately 400-800 LKR per bag per 24-hour period, depending on size. Accepts standard-size bags including surfboard bags. Passport required for storage.

For city day trips during long layovers (6+ hours), store bags then take PickMe to Negombo (10 min drive, closer than Colombo) — small beach town nearby. Time yourself — allow 90 min to return, retrieve, re-check for departure.
