28 Aug after the last Randoli drums. Streets are leftover, not a restart. Two hard-shells at Queen steps after the last drummer. I will not invent a Saturday Kandy cortege. Need a walk-out that does not argue with cones. I want the grown-up fork, not the pride fork.

Walk out of the cones to a bigger road, then a tuk. Do not PickMe from the kerb. Leftover is leftover. There is no Saturday restart. Tea, then the room. Lived pin: Queen steps after the last drummer.

Elder vetoed standing. Seated later won. Fine.

Kids lasted forty minutes. We peeled. Tusker or not, bedtime won.

Skipped. Festival ended. Kandy is just a town now.

Airport buffer won over Dahawal. Flight person left. Rest watched 2:18.

Knee-deep only. The bar wanted a second round more than a safe bay.

We did the quieter fork. Fine. No one clapped.
