Once First Randoli starts at 6:44 PM and whip-crackers pass, do leftover street-food carts still sell corn or fruit, or are they packed up. Not pre-parade veg snacks and not after-party hoppers.

Some carts keep selling corn and fruit after the 6:44 PM start, especially a street back from the densest lane. Others pack once the cortege is close — buy early in the wait if you need certainty.

Water sellers outlast food carts more often. Do not count on a hot snack mid-parade.

Eating on the curb is fine if you keep rubbish with you and stay clear of dancers.
