Legs are shaking after standing through the first hour of First Randoli. Sit on a folded bag between troupes, or find a shop step without losing the curb. Not bringing our own foldable stool, and not leftover stools from before the start.

A folded bag between troupes is usually enough if you keep one adult standing as a spot marker. A shop step is kinder on the knees if the doorway is free and you are not blocking customers — ask with a smile and rotate every few segments.

Do not wander looking for a perfect step — settle, sit briefly, then stand again when the next loud segment approaches.

If knees are already locking, a short shop lean beats forcing another full hour locked upright.
