If we stay for most of First Randoli, is a light hotel hoodie enough for cooler air later, or should we buy something. Not modest cover-up shopping and not an adult rain poncho.

A light hotel hoodie or long-sleeve you already own is enough for cooler air later if you stay for most of the procession. Skip a last-minute buy unless you are truly in short sleeves only.
