Light morning drizzle Monday after First Randoli. Umbrella for a city walk, or wait it out indoors. Not first light drops on the late curb while it was still going, and not rain smell mid-parade while still dry.

Light drizzle is normal Kandy morning weather — a compact umbrella and non-slip shoes are enough for a short walk. If lightning or heavy sheets start, wait indoors. Do not invent a storm warning that was not issued.
