Not wearing a jacket. Light scarf as a shoulder wrap if a burst hits mid-stand at 6:53, or is that useless once cloth is wet.

I keep one in the zip and use it over shoulders, then wring it at a shop if it soaks; better than standing with bare wet cloth.
