Lipton's is a viewpoint with an ordinary road, not Horton Plains and not a live time-slot. Horton's visitor limits and EV shuttle are still proposals, and they do not migrate to Haputale. Taxi or bus, jumper, tea after. If cloud sits, you drank tea. I will not invent a QR.
