The live picture shows an empty stretch of street. Are we ahead of the cortege, or did the camera cut away. First Randoli street start was 6:44 PM and the feeds have been live since around 6:47.

Empty asphalt often means the camera is between segments or on a cutaway, not that the parade ended. Wait through one or two drum builds before you assume you are ahead of everything.

If you still hear drums on the feed, the cortege is nearby even when the frame looks empty.

Cross-check with a street text from someone on the ring — the feed can lag a couple of minutes.
