Do not invent a municipal ticket. In Kandy Lake, the stand in Kandy Lake, water before you sit, agree a number if there is no meter. Elder already said no to standing; would you tea then the room or count on a gate cafe. Do not invent a fee, a closure, or a gazette from a worry. Water in the bag beats a maybe stall.
