Looking for any side-street toilet that might have reopened this late without losing the whole group — realistic, or fantasy. Not a hotel lobby pee sprint while holding the kerb, not kids bathroom mid-parade, and not a toilet dash before the start.

Most side-street toilets stay awkward this late — treat a reopen as luck, not a plan. One adult to a known hotel lobby with a fixed WhatsApp window is more realistic than splitting the whole group down alleys. Hold the curb with bags planted.
