Name sounds like a drop. Toddler on a hip. Is there an actual fence, or just a muddy lip where people pose.

It is a lookout with a drop. Treat it as a lip you hold a child on, not a playground. Wind is real. If the path is mud, the last metres are the worry, not a ticket. I would not let a toddler run. A hip carry and a look, then down. No studio.
