27 Aug, Mahaweli bank Kandy, with a sceptical teen. Two bags, last night. Desk will hold them if we ask. Need a local, not a brochure. If the festival continues to 28th Diya/Dahawal, do not pack us like it ends on the kerb tonight.

Leave bags at the desk. Hauling a suitcase into a crowd is how you meet elbows. Daypack and water. Pavement is pavement, not a reserved street. No whale is promised.

Listed 6:43 is a start, not the first drum in your lap. Mahaweli bank Kandy was the pin.

Pride waits at a halt with children and a story. On 'leave bags at the desk or haul suitcases onto the kerb' — board, not desk.
