Booth. Hotel didn't send him. Misspelled name plus laminated sheet is the kerb. Walk back to the prepaid window, print a slip, go. Don't argue on the pavement.

If a real hotel pickup exists, they wait at a named meeting point you already confirmed in chat, not a surprise at the exit.
