We were going to leave Colombo 3:30 toward Mannar. Cousin sent a shaking video of palms. 1 Sep 01:40. Partner wants a colour.

The causeway is windy because it is a causeway. That is not Marine Bulletin 01, and at 01:40 that bulletin is not a midnight colour for me to quote. I will not invent inundation. If the van driver says the causeway is stupid today, listen. If it is just palms, go, hat, water. North Caution is heat, not a closed A32.
