Mannar causeway sunrise, Northern Caution later — start at 5 or skip the whole spit

Host says skip Mannar because Bulletin 01. I read Caution for Northern province, daytime, Wednesday valid. Sunrise on the causeway is 5-something, not midday. Two adults, hats, 6 litres of water in the bag already.

Start at 5 if you want the light. Caution is daytime felt-heat, not a causeway seal. Be back in shade before it builds. Water, light clothes, check each other. Do not skip the spit because a host sells AC. Do not call it Extreme.
