Excellent options. Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens (Kandy) has a dedicated medicinal plants section with signage. Ayurvedic centers (Barberyn, Siddhalepa) run guided medicinal-garden walks for guests. Sinharaja and Knuckles rangers know the medicinal uses of dozens of forest plants.

Guided walks 2-4 hours identify 30-100 medicinal plants — bark, leaves, roots used in Sri Lankan indigenous medicine. Fascinating deep knowledge. Cost 3000-8000 LKR per person for guided experience. Buy a small guide book to remember species.
