Solo 3 weeks. Cup broke on my last trip abroad. Bringing spare but worst case scenario?

Realistic answer: cups are hard to find. Colombo has 1-2 pharmacies (Osu Sala main branches, some Union Chemists) that stock a couple brands. Kandy maybe. Outside cities, essentially no. Bring spare - and consider bringing 2 spares. Tampons also hard to find outside Colombo/Kandy. Pads widely available everywhere. Backup plan: pads.

Bringing 2 spares. And downloading Daraz as backup. Thanks!

^ correct. Cups are still a niche product here despite growing awareness. In an actual emergency, order from Daraz.lk (Sri Lankan equivalent of Amazon) - deliveries 2-4 days to major cities. Not overnight but works.
