Lazy Left at Midigama breaks over a smooth, low-gradient sandstone and dead coral reef platform with an optimal peel angle of 45 to 55 degrees. Unlike hollow slabs like Rams, Lazy Left produces a forgiving, rolling left-hand shoulder ideal for progressive maneuvers and longboarding. It operates best on mid-to-incoming high tide (0.4m to 0.9m) with southwest swells of 3 to 6 feet. At low tide, the takeoff becomes steep and dumps over shallow table rock with sea urchin holes, while high tide slows wave speed and creates a mellow 150-meter ride into the bay.
