Ordinary etiquette: shoes, cover, short. Kandy festival ended Friday after Day 2:18 and Relics 4:01. No weekend Kandy procession. In Mihintale this is an ordinary leftover decision. That is the lived version, not a gazette. We would not walk a dark bridge with bags. Then shade.
