Anuradhapura sleep tonight (arriving later). Planning Mihintale for 2 Sep because Heat Bulletin 01 holds. Steps plus heat. We have one modest wrap and two bottles.

6:30 or skip. Steps in NC Caution at 10:00 is a headache with stairs. Water in the bag, not a kneel-drama. Cover if you enter shrines. Museum and a short dagoba walk in town is the honest fallback. I will not invent a Mihintale ticket surge for 1 Sep.
