Sri Lankan milk toffee is a caramelized-milk-and-sugar sweet, chewy-firm, cut into small rectangles. Made with condensed milk, sugar, butter, and often cashew. Sold at bakeries (Rolex Milk Toffee, Fab, Perera & Sons) and at temple festivals as prasada.

Different from fudge — firmer, more caramel-forward. Small pieces are perfect gift item — a 500g box costs 1200-2000 LKR. Serve slightly cool. Also available in cardamom, ginger, coconut variants.
