Mirissa harbour desk selling a whale as a ticket this morning — walk or pay the ordinary boat — written fare, ear cups packed

20 Aug, chop on the poles, written-fare people. Desk wants a guarantee price. Harbour board is a board. Not trying to invent a sighting. Trying not to buy a brochure.

Read the harbour board. No whale is promised. August leftover chop is ordinary. If they sell a sighting as a ticket, walk. An ordinary boat is an ordinary boat. I will not invent a 20 Aug closure or a guaranteed animal. Skip the desk that sells a miracle.

We skipped, sat the sand, ate a bun. Fine. Pride needs a certificate.
