Monaragala bus tomorrow with Heat Bulletin 01 on the same district — night bus or sit a 10am ordinary
Need to cross Monaragala toward Buttala then Tissa. Heat Bulletin 01 Caution includes Monaragala and is valid 2 Sep as well. Night bus saves the midday stop. 10am ordinary is cheaper and we see the road. Elder vetoes standing. 1 Sep 00:50, still packing Negombo.

Night bus if the elder can sleep sitting. 10am ordinary is a heat stop at Monaragala in Caution weather. Shade the junction, do not picnic the tarmac at noon. Caution is not a cancelled CTB. If you go by day, extra water and a slower connection. I will not invent an air-con only rule.
We sat a day bus, waited in a shop not on the kerb at Monaragala. Fine. Ugly but fine.
