Early morning. Trees then pier, or trees then sit Mannar town because leftover wind is already named?

Trees then sit if leftover wind is named. Trees then pier if the morning is still kind and the van has margin. One Mannar pin with an elder is allowed to be only the trees. The pier is a tax you can skip without failing the north.
