We want a morning train toward Colombo. Desk says they do not know if inner streets are still held after last night. How do we reach the station without guessing a wrap.

Use the outer roads the desk already names. If they do not know the inner grid, do not test it. A tuk on the outer side is the calm way to the station.

We took the outer pin the desk wrote down. No one at the desk would promise the inner streets. That was enough.

Build extra time. An uncertain inner grid is not a reason to skip the train. It is a reason to go around.
