If this line at Mount Lavinia is a story, walk. Queues are ordinary on 20 Aug. If both fail, a bank-door machine, not a cousin with a POS. I will not invent a cash shutdown. It is a queue. Screenshot the balance; a failed swipe still counts on some cards.
