Nagadeepa and Nainativu on two signs — which jetty name do we actually ask for
Maps argue. One sign says Nagadeepa, one says Nainativu. Same hop, I think. Which name do we say at the jetty so we are not put on the wrong rumour boat?

Say Nainativu at the jetty if you want the island hop from Kurikadduwan; Nagadeepa is the shrine name you will also see. It is one island, two names, one cover rule. Confirm the return hour in writing. Do not board a boat that will not say when it comes back.
We asked for Nainativu and landed at the shrine jetty. Same place the signs call Nagadeepa.
If someone sells a 'special temple ticket' with no board, walk away. Pay what is written.
