23 Aug pin. Ordinary bags. Ask the jetty. Wind can cancel. I will not invent a timetable. The pin in my head is Delft boat if leftover wind is named. Not trying to be cheap for sport. Trying not to pick package from a Fort brochure out of pride. Screenshot maps if inland. Bars lie.

Ask the fort gate what they actually check. Half-loop is fine. Full circuit at noon is pride. Screenshot the train or bus board in Colombo; Facebook berths are a story. Named AC in the Jaffna chat, same rule as Negombo. If drums are on the Nallur road you will know. If not, walk quietly. Do not ask a priest for a tourist timetable.
