Natural spots for sound healing, meditation, or quiet reflection (not formal retreats)?
I want peaceful natural places for quiet reflection or sound-based practices. Any recommendations?

Some quiet beaches, reservoir edges, temple gardens (outside active worship times), and forest or tea estate areas offer naturally peaceful environments for reflection or sound practices. Early morning or late afternoon tends to be quietest. Some guesthouses have quiet gardens or meditation spaces that are open to guests. The most meaningful spots are often simple and natural rather than specially designed. Being respectful of any religious sites and leaving no trace is important. Local hosts can often suggest nearby peaceful spots that aren't heavily visited.
Many of the best quiet spots are very simple — a quiet corner of a garden, a peaceful stretch of beach at the right time, or a shaded area by water. They don't need to be special 'healing' places.
