If the hotel desk will not hold bags, will a nearby cafe hold them for about two hours during Second Randoli for a small fee or a drink buy. Ask late afternoon. Not a desk hold question alone, and not a station locker.

Some cafes will hold a bag for a drink purchase if you ask politely and set a clear return window — get the staffer’s name.
