Need to warm a baby bottle this late and shop kettles are shuttered. Is hotel the only realistic option. Not toddler meltdown sugar, and not kids dessert sellers vanished.

Hotel is the realistic option once shutters are down — peel with the baby on a calm outer walk. Do not accept random curb water for formula. Room kettle or desk help beats inventing a street fix.
