Thinking of skipping Second Randoli, going to Negombo for a beach night, then CMB evening flight. Sensible after First Randoli, or stay in Kandy another night. Not Negombo or CMB transfer after First Randoli van-hold threads from afternoon batches.

Negombo before an evening CMB flight is a classic unwind if you are done standing. Confirm hotel late checkout and transfer time. If the group still wants Second Randoli at 7:00 PM, do not split without a clear meet plan.
