Landed late. 187 conversation already happened in another thread. Room in Negombo is offered at a night rate that feels like a penalty. Two backpacks. Wednesday 2 Sep. Flight was on time; we were slow at the belt.

Sleep Negombo. Night penalty is still cheaper than a speech van to Fort at 01:30. Licensed PickMe if you must move; agree the pin in the hall. Fort at 2am is a shuttered board, not a prize.
