Negombo fan room at 1am after BIA — open the window on 1 Sep or is Heat Bulletin 01 already cooking the coast
Cheap room, fan only. Heat Bulletin 01 is on my phone as Caution for North, North-Central, East and Monaragala. We are in Negombo, west coast, 1am Tuesday. Partner wants the window shut because of mosquitoes. I do not want to cook the kid. Not asking you to quote a weather app. Asking if this bulletin even applies here.

It does not cover Negombo. Heat Bulletin 01 Caution is North, North-Central, East and Monaragala, and it holds for 2 Sep as well. West coast is ordinary September humidity. Fan plus a bottle, net on the window if you crack it. Do not shut yourself into a box because a bulletin named other provinces. Mosquito coil, not a panic.
We cracked the window, net down, fan on. Fine. Kid slept. Bulletin is not a west-coast lock.
