Guesthouse path is wet laterite. Partner wants the fish stalls before they pack. Kid in sandals. 23 Aug, not a cyclone, just last night still sitting on the stones.

Wait until it is dull and dry if the kid is in sandals. Leftover SW on Negombo paths is ordinary in August. The fish stalls will still be there. Closed shoes, or sit breakfast and walk later. Nobody is closing the lagoon. It is just wet.
