27 Aug, Negombo town, with notes running thin. Looks calmer inland. Need a local, not a brochure. If the festival continues to 28th Diya/Dahawal, do not pack us like it ends on the kerb tonight.

Canal sit. Beach can be a look. Leftover SW is a day, not a drama. Fairly heavy rain possible west, hills, Galle, Matara — still not a colour code.
