New stamp put 0.1 mm on dusk - shoot the dry 8am street or save for drizzle

Just now eight is dry and 26. Dusk is 0.1 mm light rain on the new stamp. Camera still has yesterday on it. Partner wants to save every frame for 6:28 PM. I think a dry empty street this morning is the shot we will not get at drizzle-dark. Shoot now, or dusk only.

Offload now. Shoot the empty loop. 6:28 PM will be darker and wetter than this hour even at 0.1 mm.

We saved everything for dusk and got umbrellas in frame. Morning recce photos helped us pick the stand.
