New stamp put Kandy 6pm at 0 mm - does that kill the poncho we bought for the old 0.1

Kids made us buy cover when six still showed 0.1 mm light rain. Foreca just put that hour at 0 mm Cloudy with gusts 32. Is the poncho purchase dead, or still useful for chance and wind.

The 0.1 reason of purchase is stale. Keep the light cover for 31% chance and for g32 wind. Do not buy a second. Do not invent a shop price.

Windier dusk means an umbrella can sail. A light poncho can be better than a big canopy at g32.
