Nikaweratiya. Saturday evening. A tea stall is open and a Sunday hop is the one we want. Sit the tea tonight, or sleep and board that one.

Tea tonight if you are empty. Sleep after. Board the Sunday hop when it is filling. Waiting for a sit-down in the morning is how that one leaves. Do not invent a Nikaweratiya morning tour.

We took two short teas and slept. Next morning the hop was thinner than the stall had said. Glad we were already packed.

If someone is shaky, sit ten minutes tonight. Do not board hungry and faint on a Sunday bend.
