Nilaveli 3 Sep — east Caution will have lapsed or Heat Bulletin 01 already said 2 Sep as well, what about the 3rd

I am doing calendar maths at 1:50. Bulletin valid 2 Sep as well. We beach on the 3rd. Do I invent a 3rd, or relax.

Do not invent a 3rd. Heat Bulletin 01 as given is Caution for N/NC/E plus Monaragala, and it holds through 2 Sep. The 3rd is another day's note if they issue one. Ordinary east advice still stands without a headline: shade noon, water, no hero walks. Book the room. Sleep.
