Queue at the jetty. Desk has a private number. Wind leftover, boats maybe. Ordinary snorkel bag. North of Amber.

Sit the public jetty or sit the bay. Private is a sales fork, not a weather law. I will not invent a private tariff. If boats sit, you sit. Uppuveli sand is the backup.
