Nine Arch on a Sunday 23 Aug — walk the track at 7 or wait for a train we do not actually need to photograph
Ella. Everyone on the guesthouse roof is talking about the 7-something train. We do not need that photo. We do want to walk the bridge without a human wall. Leftover cloud, not rain yet.

Walk the track after the advertised train has gone if you want space, or go at 7 if you want the circus. Nine Arch is a public bridge, not a ticket I will invent. Stay off the rails when a train is due. Sunday is busier. Leftover cloud is ordinary. Nobody is closing Ella.
We walked at 9:30, still people, fine. The 7 train was a crowd, not a miracle.
Kids: hold hands on the sleeper. Pride stands the centre for a reel and then panics.
If you only wanted a view, Little Adam's Peak is the same cloud with fewer rails.
