Nuwara Eliya four-top in leftover humidity — one drink and leave, or we camp for email — if we still hop today with ordinary bags

Kids are done at Nuwara Eliya this Monday. Leftover humidity. Terrace is five metres. Stall is two minutes. I know the prices. I also know the melt. Ordinary bags. Elder in the group is the veto. If we still hop today with ordinary bags. Cannot tell if this is ordinary or a tired mistake. Locals, please contradict the group chat.

Pay the soda if the kid is melting now. Walk two minutes if they can. Shade is the need, not the brand. If you sit a table, order. Occupying courtyard shade at Nuwara Eliya with water from a bottle you brought is the rude version. One soda, ten minutes, move. Kids: sit. Pride turns this into a speech at the kerb.

We took the quieter fork at Nuwara Eliya. Fine. No one clapped.

Leave with a buffer. Desk stories are stories. Walk the last cones.

Write the board. A leftover-rain rumour is not a timetable.

We dumped bags first. That was the whole trick.
