Hill town, leftover cloud. Partner wants Gregory at 8. I have one jumper and city shoes. Not trying to invent a closed park. Kid already cold.

Jumper on, short loop, tea when it drips. Gregory is a walk, not a festival. Hill weather is a jumper, not a drama. Park is open. If the kid is shivering, sit the bakery for a bun — that is breakfast, not a flour thread.

We did twenty minutes, fled to tea. Fine. Pride completing the loop in wet socks is a cold.

Closed shoes. The path is slick like any hill Monday.

If you want a long walk, Horton later, not the lake in a mood.
